The egg white can be used for all types of cooking and baking due to its liquid consistency and neutral scent and taste, and DAVA whitePRO™ can even be used in beverages such as juices and smoothies.
For example, use DAVA whitePRO™ in juice or smoothies – the egg white cannot be tasted due to the heat treatment – and thus provides extra protein. Additionally, DAVA whitePRO™ can be used for omelettes and scrambled eggs, but the egg white can also be used in baked goods or added to porridge. The possibilities with DAVA whitePRO™ are endless.
Due to the product's unique heat treatment, DAVA whitePRO™ can be stored unopened at room temperature until the egg white is needed for cooking.
