Right of Withdrawal
If you regret your purchase
According to an exception in the Consumer Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal, section 17(2) and section 9(2), purchases of foods and other goods for household consumption, which are bought in public places, markets, and fairs, or which are to be delivered directly to the consumer, are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Right to Complain
If there is something wrong with the product (right to complain)
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect/fault has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
How quickly should I complain?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar. Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can refund your shipping costs.
