DAVA Sweetener Powder is a finely ground sweetener based on erythritol. Its ultra-fine consistency makes it particularly suitable for icing, meringue, mousse, and other recipes where regular sugar would otherwise need to be completely dissolved.
Erythritol is a sweetener whose taste and sweetness intensity correspond to approx. 60–70% of white sugar, and it can typically be substituted 1:1 – or in slightly larger quantities if you desire more sweetness. Erythritol contains 0 calories and does not affect blood sugar.
DAVA Sweetener Powder is perfect as a substitute for sugar in baked goods, desserts, coffee, tea, and porridge – and in anything where you want a fine and even sweetness without any crunch.
