DAVA Ceylon cinnamon comes from the bark of the cinnamon tree and is ground into a fine, aromatic powder. Ceylon cinnamon is true cinnamon from Sri Lanka and has a mild, rounded, and aromatic flavor. The aromas are released best when the cinnamon is heated – for example in baked goods or by light roasting.
