DAVA whitePRO™ Meringue – Sugar-free meringue with high protein content

DAVA whitePRO™ meringue is based on egg white powder with added sweetener, allowing you to make a delicious sugar-free meringue. A 245 g bag provides approx. 2.5 servings and is perfect for those who want a protein-rich alternative to classic meringue.

How to prepare:

• Mix 90 g of meringue mix with 1 dl of water in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer.
• Whisk for 2 minutes at low speed until the powder has dissolved.
• Then whisk for 7-8 minutes at high speed until the meringue is fluffy.

The meringue can be used as is, or baked into crisp meringue kisses. Follow standard baking times.

Suitable for:
Meringue kisses, marshmallow fluff, or as a topping for cakes and desserts.
