DAVA barbecue spice 70 g

Barbecue spice is a blended spice mix that is both sweet and spicy, and is especially suitable for fried and grilled meat, potatoes, vegetables, and marinades. Barbecue spice can also add a lovely flavor to stews if you want them a bit spicier.

Since barbecue has a punchy flavor, the spice is particularly well-suited for the following:

• Marinades: Barbecue spice is great for marinating, as it has a lot of flavor on its own and can easily be combined with oil and vinegar for a tasty marinade for meat, for example. 
• Grill: Use barbecue spice on meat and vegetables for an authentic barbecue flavor. It can be part of a dry rub mix or in a marinade for pulled pork, for example, or for kebabs. 
• Stews: Add it to stews to give them extra warmth and depth of flavor. 
• Burgers and wraps: Perfect for seasoning minced meat or plant-based meat substitutes for burgers or wraps, as it gives a richer flavor. 
• Legumes: Use it to season roasted legumes like Ingrid peas or chickpeas for salads. The Ingrid peas can be advantageously fried in a pan with a bit of rapeseed oil and barbecue spice.
