Our rapeseed oil is smart and easy to use, as you can spray it on everything - from the pan for frying to dressing on the salad. You also reduce the amount of oil by using the spray, as it doses the amount for you.
The taste of this oil is neutral, but if you are looking for flavored oil, you can choose our garlic or lemon variant.
Rapeseed oil is heat-stable and can be used for frying, as the oil retains its good fatty acids at high temperatures and does not leave harmful substances - even if the food burns.
The oil has, among other things, a high content of vitamin E and omega-3, i.e., polyunsaturated fatty acids, and only a few saturated fatty acids.
