The No series from DAVA makes it simple to create plant-based meals packed with flavour and texture. The range consists of organic plant pieces made from extruded protein from peas and fava beans — a fibre- and protein-rich meat substitute that works perfectly in everything from pasta dishes to pitas and stir-fries.

Whether you choose No Beef, No Chicken, No Kebab, or one of our Tex Mex varieties, you’ll get a versatile base for your dish. Each pack includes a spice mix that helps complete the flavour. The seasoning delivers the familiar taste you know from classic dishes like spaghetti bolognese, lasagne, or kebab wraps.

Simple preparation

Getting started with the No products isn’t rocket science. They require very little preparation compared to other legumes, and in no time, you’ll have a nourishing plant-based meal on the table.

How to cook No 🔪🍳

It requires neither experience nor fancy kitchen equipment – just follow these simple steps:

Measure 200 millilitres of water and 3 tablespoons of oil.

Mix the spices with the water and oil. Add the plant pieces and let them marinate for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the plant pieces by frying them in a pan over medium heat for 5–10 minutes, or bake them in the oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes. They can also be added directly to stews or sauces.

Afterwards, the plant pieces can be eaten as they are or used in a variety of dishes.
