Prices 
At DAVA Foods Ingredients A/S, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We reserve the right for sold-out items.

Payment 
DAVA Foods Denmark A/S accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery 

DAVA Foods Ingredients A/S packs and ships orders so that your item will be delivered 2-5 business days after ordering.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping costs between 39 and 59 DKK in Denmark, including VAT, depending on the delivery method, and is free for orders over 260 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.

We ship orders to Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. Your items are shipped with GLS.

Note: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified about. If problems arise, please contact customer service at shop.ing@davafoods.com.

Failure to collect a package from the parcel shop 

If we receive your package back because it was not collected on time, we will contact you to resend the package. For resending the order, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee of 39 DKK, which is paid to MobilePay number 510114.

Right of withdrawal 

If you regret your purchase

According to an exception in the Consumer Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of food and other goods for household consumption, which are bought in public places, markets, or delivered directly to the consumer.

 

Right to complain 

If there is something wrong with the item (right to complain)

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect/error has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How quickly should I complain?

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

 

We refund reasonable shipping costs

If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the item, please specify what the problem is as detailed as possible.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar methods. Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
