The taste of this oil is neutral, but if you are looking for flavored oil, you can choose our garlic or lemon variant.
Rapeseed oil is heat-stable and can be used for frying, as the oil retains its good fatty acids at high temperatures and does not leave harmful substances - even if the food burns.
The oil has a high content of vitamin E and omega-3, i.e., polyunsaturated fatty acids, and only a few saturated fatty acids.
Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
