DAVA Baking Gloss is a pasteurized egg mixture in a spray can, ready to use, and can be sprayed directly onto baked goods before baking to give them a glossy surface. One can of baking gloss is enough for about 350 rolls. The egg mixture is made from barn eggs.
DAVA Baking Gloss gives baked goods a uniform and glossy surface during baking. How to use the product: Shake the can well before use. Hold the can at an angle about 20 cm from the product. Spray evenly all over before baking. Adjust the amount according to how much gloss you want. The nozzle should be rinsed after use.
