Umami topping is based on organic hemp seeds that have been coarsely ground with salt and yeast flakes, and it has a lovely aromatic taste similar to grated Parmesan. The product is 100% plant-based and rich in protein and omega-3.
Umami topping can be used in everyday cooking as a topping on a variety of dishes where cheese would normally be used. Suitable as a cheese substitute for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant, as it is plant-based.
