DAVA aioli is a genuine mayonnaise with a garlic flavor, made with Danish organic egg yolk and Danish organic rapeseed oil. The egg yolk gives the aioli a creamy taste and texture. DAVA aioli is free from preservatives.
Aioli is temperature-sensitive and cannot withstand very high or very low temperatures.
Aioli is suitable as a dip for tapas, moules frites, fries, vegetables, and grilled dishes, as well as a spread in burgers.
